Shipping & Returns

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Orders that are placed on weekends and Holidays are processed the next business day. 

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS and most International orders are shipped via DHL Express. We currently ship internationally to most countries worldwide. Please contact us if shipment to your country is possible.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

USPS First-Class — 2-5 Business days
USPS Priority Mail — 1-3 Business days
USPS Priority Express — Next business day

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

USPS First-Class International — 7-15 Business days
USPS Priority Express International — 6-10 Business days

Additional duties may apply to your package once it has entered your country, MOST PROMINENT Co. is not responsible for these additional fees.  Customs law differs from country to country, so in some cases, orders may be stopped and inspected by customs which can delay delivery. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, all of these claims must be made with the shipping carrier.
